Self levelling compound inbetween the concrete and wood areas. Getting ready for the Bamboo flooring to go down.
1 ton of bamboo flooring - what a struggle to get it all upstairs. We are tackling this ourselves which should be fun as either of us have ever done it before.
'Mack' my outdoor heater and my dog Harley loving the warmth. It has been really cold here lately and this is the only heating we have in the house. We have been spending most of our time out here at the moment as we have moved in and still have no internal heating.

My great ebay find. Bought these Agave's off ebay and bid on 15 mature plants. With no picture I didn't know what to expect. I ended up with slightly a few more than expecting. There were about 10 plants on each of the 15. I will be building the dry stacked walls asap to get them in the ground.
That's a full sized trampoline there all sitting on.

The fence is up and just next to the tree there is a gate so we can let mum in occasionally.

I cutdown the solid concrete pavers to create the polished concrete benchtops we wanted.The vanities were made to hold the weight and now the sinks are on.

Had landscaping done, created level and the path to the deck from driveway. Also had the driveway leveled and 20 ton of road-base dropped. The boundry fence is also started.
Rolling the driveway flat. The lovely Jaime driving the roller while I barrow road-base.
Still rolling at 10pm. Ella loving every minute.

Built a retaining wall under the house so we could build up the earth without it going around the poles. This is to keep it dryer and so we don't have to fill it with more dirt.

Screens under balustrades. These are aliminium extrusion with 50x50 4mm welder mesh slide down inside the u channel. These now are going to be powder coated black.
Stair treads finished.
Capping for the fascia of the deck. This is Kwila.

Bi-folds up and working. I still have to do the last door that was replaced because a slip of the saw after I stained it.
